Louis Vuitton Don
Went to court again this morning. Its being continued for December 13th, so now I can go back a THIRD time. Its really getting ridiculous. Like I have absolutely nothing better to do than to go to court for this bullshit. I went to the doctor for my shoulder and he said theres definitely a tear. He is 50/50 on the surgery though. He told me if my shoulder doesnt improve in the next four to six weeks that I would have to have the surgery. It was really a wasted trip because he didnt tell me anything I didnt already know. Nothing like wasting my time for something else today. I went out with my realtor again to look at more places, but no matter what I see I still end up going back to the original place I saw. I am going to make an offer tomorrow or Thursday and get it over with already. I need to do it before someone else beats me to it. Current mood: The sickness is 100% gone. I realized that Im a much happier person when Im healthy. From now on I am going to get at least eight hours of sleep every night, I am going to drink apple juice, eat fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent future colds. I should probably go out and get a flu shot while Im at it. Are they available for people like me or just to old people and children?? If you told me that you were sick I would automatically get it. Thats how prone to sickness I am. I should probably be living in a germ free bubble or something. Its looking like I will be having major surgery on my shoulder after all. Every doctor that I have seen is telling me that I am going to need it. The problem is that there is a four to six month recovery time on this surgery and that just seems like an awful long time to me. I dont want to have to waste another half a year of my life going through rehab and whatnot. Its not my fault I was in an accident...it wasnt my fault... I was the innocent victim and now Im being punished for it....and its not fair. I'll find out for sure tuesday morning when I go see this big time doctor who has the final say in this. Cross your fingers that he tells me that I will be fine without it! This weekend we are heading out to Indiana for the Reapers Real haunted house. This years theme is Ressurection Mary and its supposed to be scary as hell. Ive never been there so Im definitely looking forward to it. It will probably be the last haunted attraction we attend before Halloween, seeing as how its monday. Current mood: Wednesday I started to get a sore throat. I didnt think anything of it really. I slept for 12 hours that night. Thursday I woke up and was completely sick. Sore throat, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, achy bones, headache, etc. I stayed in bed all day long and slept. I took Dayquil and "ate" soup (like 2 spoonfulls) and drank apple juice and ginger ale and water. I went to bed and slept for 12 more hours and relaxed all day long. When will the sickness go away? How long is it going to last?? How can I make it go away quickly??? Help!!!!!!! Current mood: Went to some great haunted houses last weekend. First up was 'Basement of the Dead' in downtown Aurora. Great haunt if you want a good scare! Second up was 'Asylum of Mad Dreams' in Morrison, IL. It was a good 150 miles away from me, but definitely worth the drive. It was rated #2 in all of Illinois and I definitely see why. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Last was 'Ravens Grin' in Mount Carroll, IL. Its a supposedly real haunted house that you take a tour through and if you happen to see the real ghosts than its worth it. The place was absolutely horrible. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone, ever! It was like one of those places you see on Wild Chicago...old, dingy, and run by some crazy person. All in all we all had a great time getting in the halloween spirit. In other news, I went to court for the accident and the other guy never showed up so they issued a warrant for his arrest. I just recieved a letter in the mail stating that he was arrested and we have a new court date in November....yay *sarcastic* Current mood: Current music: Destinys Child - 'Cater To You'. Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday Dear Alex! Happy birthday to you!! Hope your 24th year in this world brings you luck, happiness and harmony. Happy birthday, kid! Current mood: Its 1:31pm central time, and I just woke up from a long nights sleep. I dont feel bad at all because today is a day of rest and I know I did a very good job of it. I am going to do absolutely nothing today and am going to love every minute of it. Current mood: Current music: Black Eyed Peas - 'My Humps'. I'm going out tonight with my friends. Dont know where yet, but we are definitely going out and having fun. I went to see Emily Rose on opening night and must say it was a great movie! If anyone likes horror films, please go out and check this one out. I may be moving soon. I have been looking at this place in the city. Its new construction and absolutely amazing. I am going tomorrow for another tour of the place and to make up my mind. If I buy it, I still get to choose my countertops, appliances, fixtures, flooring, and all that other good stuff. Ive been going to physical therapy since the accident. I absoultely hate it. I have to go multiple times a week and each session lasts about 2 hours so its becoming cumbersome. I still havent heard anything about the other guy. I guess I should call my lawyer Monday morning and find out. I went up to Libertyville the other day and took the state exam. It was way harder than I had imagined. I passed the class exam with flying colors, but the state was a completely different story. You need a 75% or higher to pass, and I got a 73% :( I rescheduled for next week so I need to start studying again. I'll keep everyone updated on everything. Current mood: Current music: Lupe Fiasco - 'Kick, Push'. Wow. Labor Day. I had made plans earlier to hang out with friends. We were going to grab some food and then go out. 6:30pm I ordered the food and drove over to pick it up. They said it would be about 15 minutes till the food was ready. 6:45pm I get to TGI Fridays to pick up all the food, pay, and get into my car. 6:50pm I start to drive to a friends house where everyone was going to meet up so we could have our dinner. 7:00pm I am driving down the side streets to get to my friends house. 7:05pm I approach an intersection and I have the green light. I give the car a little more gas so I dont risk the light turning yellow. A car blows the red light and I smash right into him. His car and my car spin around. He steps on the gas and flees the scene. Two cars that were at the red light and witnessed the crash take off after the guy. Several people had written down the guys license plate number. I immediately call the police and they are on the scene within seconds. The cops catch the guy and I identify him. My car, (which was sold and the new owner was going to pick it up Monday)is completely totaled. The guy apparentally pissed his pants and was crying when the cops caught him. He was most likely drunk. Thankfully I am pretty much okay. I went to the ER and now have to go get physical therapy several times a week. Ive contacted my lawyer and were taking this guy for everything he's got. Happy Labor Day to me :( Current mood: Current music: Mariah Carey - "Shake It Off". Wow gas sure did get expensive. I filled up my car on Tuesday and gas was $2.69 a gallon for premium which is what my car takes. The next day I drove past the gas station and noticed that gas was $3.09 a gallon. Today gas is at $3.49 a gallon. They are saying that by the end of the month gas could be at $5.00 or more. In Iraq gas is five cents a gallon. In China gas is ten cents a gallon. It sucks. My car has been for sale for quite some time now, and it looks like I finally sold it. Some guy is really interested in it and he's been coming to look at it and whatnot. He's actually offering to pay the full price that I'm asking for so thats one less thing I have to worry about. I bought a new car last month but its been sitting in the garage. I only take it out once in a blue moon. I am going to a Labor Day Festival and Collective Soul is going to be performing *whoopty doo* I honestly forget what songs they play but I'm sure the concert will refresh my memory. Hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend and enjoy the last days of summer! Current mood: Current music: Jane's Addiction - "Nothing's Shocking". |
